Standard shipping policy and procedure

 

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your orders within 1-2 working days, providing the goods are in stock*. For non-stock products Splash Innovations Ltd will inform you and agree a delivery schedule. Please note that in the event of stock non-availability for any of the items in your order and should you request a split delivery there will be an additional delivery charge for second or further deliveries. Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only. Splash Innovations Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for delays caused by the manufacturer or any other third party. Splash Innovations will not accept any consequential losses.

*Please note that if your order includes products that are marked as ‘Pre-order’ on the website your goods will not be dispatched until all items are in stock.  If you would like your order sent as a split delivery, where free delivery service would otherwise be applicable, we will send the first part (the stock items) free of charge but will charge you for the second delivery.  However, if your order is £400.00 or over we will send both parts of your order free of charge.

Standard shipping to UK mainland – approx. 1-2 working days (excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands)

All products shipped to UK Mainland will normally be sent on a standard parcel delivery service. The carrier will aim to deliver your product within 1-2 working days of dispatch. Although the carrier makes every effort to meet the delivery target, the service is not guaranteed. Neither the carrier nor Splash Innovations accept any responsibility for the knock-on effects of late delivery. This service is offered on the basis that deliveries will only be attempted between Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm. We reserve the right to change the carrier at our discretion.

Please note There are no weekend deliveries unless previously arranged and agreed. Orders received over the weekend or after 2 pm will be treated as having been placed at the commencement of the following working day (defined as Monday 8 am to Friday 4 pm – excluding UK Public and Bank Holidays). Any additional charges for special delivery will be passed onto the customer.

Non-delivered parcels

Our courier service has a policy of attempting delivery whereupon they will leave a card instructing you to either arrange a re-delivery or pick up the parcel from their nearest depot or collection point. If you don’t collect the consignment or arrange a re-delivery, the consignment will automatically be returned to Splash Innovations. Any charges incurred by Splash Innovations will be passed to you and required to be settled before the consignment is re-dispatched. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery. To avoid this situation we are happy to pass on instructions for the driver if no-one is around to sign for the goods e.g. “if we’re out please leave the parcel next door at No.2”. When ordering your goods online please ensure any helpful delivery instructions are annotated in the extra information section.

Shipping rates to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands destinations

Shipping rates are based on the total weight and volume of your order. Please place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and click the “Estimate Shipping” button.

Shipping to non-UK destinations

All products shipped to non-UK destinations (including the Channel Islands) will be despatched via an express courier service. In most countries, the courier will only deliver providing a postcode or zip code has been provided. In most cases the service offers a free parcel tracking facility and aims to deliver within one to two working days, increasing to as much as three to five days for more distant destinations. If you wish to track your parcel, please email us quoting your order number to info@splashinnovations.com where you will be given your tracking number as requested.

You are responsible for any taxes, customs and import duties.  Please contact your local customs office as these charges vary widely from country to country.

Our products are normally sold strictly D.A.P. We cannot tell you what the cost of import duties or any other local taxes will be as this varies widely from country to country. For information on current charges, please contact your local customs office and check what duties may be applied before proceeding with your purchase. Please be aware that in some countries customs duties and import taxes can be VERY expensive, sometimes even higher than the value of the goods. In the event that your order is intercepted by your local customs authorities and duties are applied, our courier will only hold the goods for approx. 4 days. After this time they will automatically abandon or destroy the goods.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO box numbers in the UK or other countries.
